Refund policy

Eternal Punshine is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not usually supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. 

To request a replacement or refund, you can contact us at helpme@eternalpunshine.com. Please specify your order number and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on gift cards.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
